Fink Chat Service Agreement

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Fink Chat may refuse, suspend, deactivate, or remove accounts that violate this agreement, threaten the service, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use Fink Chat to post, send, or promote unlawful content, harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, malware, exploit attempts, unauthorized scraping, or content that violates another person's privacy or legal rights. You may not interfere with the operation, security, availability, or integrity of the service.

3. User Content and Ownership

Except for content or information that is explicitly marked by the user with the symbol © or the text (c), all content and information posted, uploaded, submitted, or otherwise provided to Fink Chat is considered owned by Fink Chat once submitted to the platform.

When user content or information is marked with © or (c), the submitting user keeps ownership of that marked content. By submitting it, the user grants Fink Chat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, distribute, transmit, modify for formatting or technical compatibility, moderate, analyze, back up, export, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the service.

Fink Chat reserves the right to use user-posted materials, including questions, answers, profile information, avatars, messages, reports, and other submissions, for commercial, promotional, marketing, editorial, analytical, training, and profit-generating purposes, subject to the ownership exception for content marked with © or (c) described above.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit anything you post. You are responsible for ensuring that copyright notices or (c) markings are included in the submitted text when you intend to reserve ownership under this agreement.

4. Moderation and Reports

Fink Chat may review, hide, delete, restrict, or preserve content and account data when needed to enforce this agreement, respond to reports, protect users, maintain service quality, or comply with legal obligations. Fink Chat also reserves the right to remove any content, data, account, or record at any time, with or without notice, and without providing an explanation. Reporting a record does not guarantee removal.

5. Chats and Communications

Messages and chat participation may be stored, processed, moderated, and displayed to chat members and administrators for service operation, safety, debugging, and abuse prevention. Do not use chats for confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information.

6. Email and Notifications

If you provide an email address, Fink Chat may use it for confirmation, account notices, security notices, export notices, and service-related messages. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.

7. Account Deactivation and Data Export

You may request account deactivation and may export eligible account data through available account tools. Deactivated accounts may become inaccessible immediately, and account data may be deleted or anonymized after the stated retention period. Some records may be retained where needed for security, audit, legal compliance, abuse prevention, backups, or integrity of conversations and reports. Fink Chat reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, terminate, or refuse service to any user at any time, with or without notice, and without providing an explanation.

8. No Warranty

Fink Chat is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fink Chat disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fink Chat and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, reputation, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

Fink Chat may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated agreement is posted means you accept the updated agreement. Material changes may be communicated through the site or by email when practical.
